The builder asks just two things — your goal and the equipment you actually have today — and instantly generates a complete, structured session built around exactly that.
Pick from full gym, dumbbells, barbell, cables, resistance bands, a bench, a pull-up bar, or pure bodyweight, then choose a goal: build muscle, lose fat, gain strength, tone up, get athletic, or improve endurance. We tailor the volume and exercise selection to your experience level — beginner, intermediate, or advanced — and lay every workout out as a proper warm-up, main block, and cool-down so you always know what to do next.
Every single-day workout is free, forever, with no credit card required. Upgrade to Premium for multi-day programs — 3, 5, and 7-day splits like Push/Pull/Legs and Upper/Lower — plus unlimited generations.
