We keep this simple. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use FitForge, we collect information you provide directly — such as workout logs, equipment selections, goals, and posts shared on the feed. We may also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate FitForge — including generating personalized workout programs, powering the social feed, tracking your progress, and processing payments. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Turso (LibSQL) as our database provider. FitForge does not process or store credit card numbers — all payments are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system (see "Subscriptions & In-App Purchases" below).
4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
FitForge offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) managed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements across devices. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase and device data on our behalf — see their privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy for details.
5. Cookies & Analytics
FitForge uses session cookies required for authentication. We may use minimal analytics to understand how users interact with the platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
6. Third-Party Services
FitForge integrates with the following third-party services: Apple (in-app purchases and App Store subscriptions), RevenueCat (subscription management and entitlements), Google (OAuth sign-in), and Turso (database). Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
7. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also update your profile information directly within the app. If you have questions about your data, reach out to blake@fitforgelifts.co.
8. Children's Privacy
FitForge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of FitForge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
